BAGSL is always looking at ways to improve the league.  We would like to receive input from you, as coaches and managers on what we can do to achieve our goal of making this the best league and facilities in the area.  If you would like to make copies and pass this on to parents of your team, their input is also appreciated.   We would like EVERYONE’S input.  Please take the time to complete this important information.     Survey

Remember, proposed rule changes need to be submitted to the league office by December 15th.  These proposed rule changes will be voted on at the February General Membership meeting.

 

Intent to Manage forms for 2009 are due to the office by January 1, 2009.   – Recreational only.  Intent to Manage


If you are interested in working a tournament or league night you must have a volunteer food handlers permit.  Contact the health department for a list of dates and times the classes are offered and attend one of them.

Every manager & coach will need to have a background check & registration form filled out.  The forms are located in the coaches corner section.  Instructions

BAGSL Tournament Entry Policy 

BAGSL Tournament Entry Policy:  Payment is due by the tournament entry deadline.  Payment/deposit can be made by check or credit card.  If paying the entry fee or deposit by credit card, a Credit Card Authorization Form must be on file. (form is located in the coaches corner section)   $25 cancellation fee will be assessed after the tournament is drawn.  No refund after noon Thursday prior to the tournament start.  A VTD roster is required at time of check-in.  Any pick-up players must be approved and printed on the roster as a temp player.
