Managers  & Coaches Registration Process for 2010

All recreational managers & coaches:

Print & complete the following forms:

1)      Recreational manager & coach registration information.  Form

2)      ASA criminal background history check authorization.  Form

3)      Notice of background check.  Form

4)      Coaches code of ethics.  Form

Submit the completed forms along with $18 & a legible copy of your drivers license to the BAGSL office.  The $18 fee includes the ASA registration, insurance & background check.  This has to be done each calendar year.

If you coach a competitive team and are helping with a recreational team please provide a copy of your VTD card to the BAGSL office along with a signed recreational manager & coach registration info form.
