Form BAGSL Tournament Entry Policy
BAGSL Tournament Entry Policy: Payment
is due by the tournament entry deadline. Payment/deposit can be
made by check or credit card. If paying the entry fee or deposit by
credit card, a Credit Card Authorization Form must be on file. $25 cancellation fee will be assessed after the
tournament is drawn. No refund after noon Thursday prior to the
tournament start.
A VTD roster is required at time of check-in.
Any pick-up players must be approved and printed on the roster as a
temp player.
